silly,simple question about dx-objects

do you have to have IE7 for IE7 dx-objects to work or is having IE6 OK?

What are you trying to do?
IE6 does everything I need with the widgets/gadgets/objects that use the browser.

Welllike I said, it's just a silly question. IE7 widgets just seem to look better that's all. All I wanted to know is whether they would work or not.

yeah, in #2 I had said widget when I meant to say object. My mistake, sorry. Anyway took the plunge and downloaded an object entitled IE7 and had no probs with it. I guess I just got a bit confused with the title of the object.
