Researched Final Frontier (crash?)

I don't have the debugger installed on the computer I finished the last tech on, but either it just dumps you to desktop (the alternate universe?) or it crashed. Any ideas?

I think you need SE. If you have a recent enough save of your game it shouldn't take you long to try it again, once you have SE installed and running.

Not sure...I finished a game with tech victory and didn't have a crash. It may be something that we fixed since the last beta build.
