Starbase and United Planets Mod

Sorry. I forgot to say what it will include:

New attack and defense modules for all Evil Weapons and Good Defense
New trading module for Neutral
A new influence module for Good
Two new Range Modules

Protect Minor Races (Three Years)
Protect Minor Races (Forever)
UP Headquarters (Forever)
Suspend Evil Trade - (None - Three Years)

Hm... not a bad mod i have to say.

I have a disclaimer: I have not play-tested this mod enough to find bugs, so if anyone finds one, please, let me know. In addition, I just realized that I need to add something to the English file so that if someone tries to attack a minor with the UP law enabled, then a pop-up will come up saying that cannot be done. I have no idea how to do this, so if someone can do this, please let me know!

OK. After some more intesive testing, I have decided to make some changes. I also whant some asistance.

1. I will be changing the Righteous Forum to cost money and require another module- the galactic forum.

2. No matter what I do, I cannot get the range feature to work. I will leave it in, however, in case someone else can figure the darn thing out.

3. I may also add some new starbese modules

If anyone has any suggestions for fixes, additions, or comments, please post them. I would be glad to here them. I will upload the TOV SB and UP Mod V1.1 as soon as I can.

Good news! I have finally gotten the range modules to work! I will want to do some playtesting to balance some of the changes I have made, so it might be a while before 1.2 is out. Please, if anyone has suggestions, speak up!
