"login failed" at bottom

there is an icon of a computer on the bottom with a red circle with an x through it that says "login failed" at the bottom of stardock. why is that? i can connect to the chat group.

also, are the galciv downloads starting at 12:01am EST?

nm, the log password i used on my order is not the one i was supposed to use with the login...

A login failure requires you to change your login settings to your www.galciv.com website login details. Go to tools -> edit stardock.net account and change the details there.
