I have been using Corel Capture to do scren captures but it doesn't seem to want to capture Window Blinds title bars and borders. Does anyone have a suggestion for a freeware screen cap program that will capture WB?

I've been using Jing a lot lately. Very powerful little app that lets you capture the whole screen, specific applications only, or custom defined regions of your screen. Take a single still image, or record a video with recorded audio, share it to your blog, flickr etc.

It's becoming one of my favorite tools for documenting and writing web how-tos.
