Newbie Question about Planetary Good / Neutral / Evil multiple choice questions!

Okay,
I love this game but I'm still having some trouble figuring a few things out.
One of them is the events that happen on planets. I understand their effect on your morality. (I can clearly see that going up and down by looking at my stats). What I don't understand for sure is the bonus. For instance, if you "deal with" the starship criminals you get something like a 57% starship bonus. I'm assuming that this bonus (as well as any research, population, morale, etc bonuses) apply only to the planet being considered.

So, I have two questions.
1) Am I right about that.
2) If so, is there anyway to view the bonus later? In other words unless I right down that Wardell I has a 57% starship bonus, is there anyway for me to check?

Have you looked in the details section of the planet (the button) when you are zoomed into it? I'll have to check the next time I get that and see if it shows up. Hmm...

1. yes you are right
2. check the "details" screen, it lists any and all bonues/negatives that planet gets. including bonuses from events.

Note: The details screen does not mention the racial bonuses, but they do still apply, in addition to the planets local bonus.
