Question about submitting to the Library

Just wondering if when you upload something does or is it supposed to appear in the library right away or does it go through inspection first?

I only ask 'cause I tried submitting something twice and it's not showing up & I want to know if it's a problem on my end or if it's waiting to be reviewed...
