The "Uber Mod" (and a frog boy suggestion)

I installed quite a few months ago, every mod I could download off GalCiv.com

Then I realized what may have been causing my game to crash/reset.

That I had apparently downloaded things where the numbers for the political parties were overlapping.

I was wondering a few things;

1- Since numbers are infinite, could frogboy not create a facility where mod makers can 'reserve' a resource number?
Sure, the number might be 623 or 2450, but this number would be reserved for a mod you are working on for a particular resource.
This would prevent the end user from having to go into a text editor and fool around with it.

2-I am seeking the biggest uber mod of all time. I simply want the ultimate campaign, with so many options. All the 'evil' options, all the 'good options', as many compatible events as I can download. A single pack. I'd even pay for it.
Another frogboy suggestion is to take the authors of mod packs and merge them together into a super pack, and lets say you charge 8.95 for it, its extra revenue, its official recognition to them, and who knows, share some of the revenue. I'd buy it.

The problem is that political partie numbers over 20 do not work, the game won't recon a pp with a higher number.

Well I am working on a mod pack, containing all my work (with more then 300 components total), you just have to wait a few weeks (depanding on my graphic engineers)
