Where is the Galactic Civilization by Pixtudio.com Visual Style?

Wincustomize's download section is being tweaked while the boys work on a more successful bandwidth situation. In the meentime, you can checkout the theme here...

Oh, that explains why it isn't found. I love that screenshot, and desire to use it on my PC for a while. Currently alternating between 2 Planscape: Torment holiday wallpapers and some NWN wallpapers of Aribeth. Adding the GalCiv ones in now! I'll just pretend I am patient and wait for that Visual Style to return! Thank you BoogieBac!

I ordered from Gamestop, how am I going to actually get the theme manager? I thought I would get an e-mail but I haven't received one yet.
