The funny thing about saying someone is in the closet is that's impossible to disprove, as it is a matter of belief until the person comes out, that being the only point of possible validation.
Banned because you can prove someone's in the closet if they are sneaking out for sex and you catch them in a hotel tryst, hiring a prostitute, or displaying 'a wide stance' in a public bathroom.
I suppose you might eventually be able to disprove a closet-case accusation with the right application of brain-scanning tools, except that even that sort of research depends on assumptions that all folks react similarly to images of the kind of sex they most enjoy.
