In the end, both societies would destroy each other, ridding the threat of their violent tendencies...
OR outside intervention would cause one side to topple, and more outside intervention would spread the conflict further, resulting in a world where the people who think they're superior try to eradicate those who aren't "worthy" of living in their world.
OR both sides beliefs would adapt to the never-ending war... eventually resulting in eternal hatred on both sides... which would in turn, result in isolation from the world, their society collapsing, and, eventually, de-evolution as cities, research sites, basically technology itself is removed to prevent more people from dying.
Banned because, once you get down to specifics, there are alot of unpleasant outcomes in war and hate.
