(zo k sew, liek this old lady turns left on a double yellow attempting to make a Uturn, and I hit her not seeing her their as a truck was blocking half my view, lane change boom doing 40 but hit the brakes sew about 15-20 when I hit her. Got out, made sure she was ok, parked off to the side then after exchanging information she seemed to have a mood swing and yell at me and call me a dumb teenager ( I was 23 at the time lawl) and it my fault and after I inspected her car showed her no damage was made to her car just a inch long scratch that no one would notice on her old crappy car ( I didn't say that last part ) then she says, and I quote, "O....well my neck is hurting, who is going to pay the medical bills?"  I shrugged and told her to call her insurance agent right away, rudly she informed me she would then sped off.
