banned for not realizing how quickly the internet developed

the first computer my family owned was an Apple II GS with a whopping 4 megabytes of hard drive space

later got a 2,400 bit modem, thats 2.4 Kilobits, 0.0024 Megabits

I was 8 and 10 years old

Not to intentionally double-post, but I'm gonna catch some zzz's for the night. I havn't found the Virus/Trojan causing the Green AV pop-ups yet, but tommorows a new day. (Wait, today is tommorow... never mind)

the greenav popup could be a ROOTKIT, I have fought such fraudware with spybot search & destroy in the past,
and you YOUNG WIPPERSNAPPERS do not know the joys of fighting an eight bit computer to do what you want and I BOUGHT my first computer BEFORE you could think and when the absolute top speed of modems was 300 baud as in 30 characters per second throughput or 0.3kb/s 0.0003mb/s and COST about 1/3 the price of a computer.
