Because according to you, if girls wearing bathing suits or underwear is porn, then commercials are porn too! A Victoria Secret commercial, for example. According to your distorted definition of "porn", then people going to the beach for a swim at summer, they are porn too!
If this is porn, then pretty much everything is porn too 
Also, if you dont like it, then just leave this forum thread, or dont post here. I dont really care what you think porn is. You might as well think that people wearing summer clothing is porn too. I cant help you if you are delusional.
As far as I am concerned, (I am a normal person, unlike you), there are certain definitions besides "porn" :
1. There is "neutral", like non-sexy, not hot, whatever you want to call it.
2. There is "charming", like cute, or pretty, whatever you want to call it.
3. There is "sexy", like hot, but not revealing, no nudity, whatever you want to call it.
And 4. There is "porn", which includes full or partial nudity, sometimes sex, sometimes not, but it isnt even close to any of the above.
Playboy is porn. Nude pictures of girls or guys is porn. Sex movies is porn. Hardcore amateur movies is porn.
Code Geass is NOT porn.
Now that you know things that even my 12 year old bother knows, stop saying crazy stupid things and leave Code Geass pictures alone.
