Banned for4 stealing my schtick(sp?). And the joke is that the death panels would be run by fascist communist gay Muslims. Although I think I'll change it to fascist communist gay European Muslims, as that is even more absurd, and thus funnier.

Where did the death panels even come from anyway?

EDIT: and I don't think you can be fascist and communist at the same time. I don't know though, so I might (re: at least 50% chance) be wrong.
