is it anything to do with the resolution of the image?

Try preview 1280 x 800 minimum and change to a unique name, rename zip file so no space in it.

Try both FF and MSIE. Try both https://www.wincustomize.com/upload2.aspx and https://www.wincustomize.com/upload.aspx

thanks for the links and the info.

I had Commit to Serenity at 1920 x 1200 I droped it to 1200 x 750 and put it in a zip file

for Falling Light I redid the zip to Falling_Light and droped the preview from 1920 x 3636 to 1200 x 2273
