I cant see all parts of the UI on my screen (Win XP, GeForce GT 8800 with latest drivers):

Try deleting everything from C:\ProgramData\Stardock\Elemental - War of Magic\Screens (C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Stardock\Elemental - War of Magic\Screens on Windows XP).
