I lose my last city without combat (it just turns orange and places my units next to it) and then retake it without combat.
After that I cannot end the turn anymore.
I just had this problem in 1.32
Made a save game last night just after taking the Town which the AI had taken back from me.
I took it, they took it back, I took it back
And now i cannot end my turn. I will try and see if I can change anything or move around a bit before ending the turn.
Also the hourglass seems to be stuck at a 45 degree angle. The end turn button looks 'blacked out', it does not look like a button anymore.
I tried to make all my units move so the 'Turn' button would become green. It became green, I pressed it and then the stuck @ 45 degrees hourglass with a 'blacked' out turn button reoccurred.
Trying to load a autosave. For a second I thought it wouldn't help because at the end the turn button was all black and indented again(not sure if this is normal 
) but redoing the battle and not ending my turn in town seemed to have solved the problem.
5th edit. In the save game I saw that all my 'relations' had disappeared. As if I had not met any of the ai yet.
Must have been some fluke, thank god for autosave because I was rather enjoying this map "the Wildlands"
