[.85] Upgrading bug with special bows

Heartwood shortbows do not upgrade to Ithuane Longbows.

Did not test whether other bow upgrades fail.

Your custom unit was made before the upgrade changes so its obsolete and doesn't know how to upgrade. I would reocmmend deleting your custom units.
