I don't remember anymore, how do I get the 3d models of SoaSE in a format understandable to 3ds max?

Are you sure? I have 3ds Max 2014 and it works as intended, 2015 should be fine as well.

thanks, but I wanted to try and view in 3ds max those extracted from the game :) I do not wish to downgrade, so... I guess it will never happen.

You could just obtain an older version, import, and then save the files, and then open the files in the newer one. I do that with max 2010/2011 in Starcraft 2 because I am too lazy to do my setting changes in 2011, but the starcraft 2 exporter only supports 2011.

I have " 3d Object Converter " and it will convert a (.mesh) to (.3ds). If there is a few certain models you want converted let me know.

I know that program! so SPG2 meshes are supported by that one?
