[Bug] Pathfinder kit not working

The pathfinder kit should allow you to build roads.

I equipped it to Tandis, then bailey and then a pike man, and unless I'm missing something, I couldn't find an option to build roads anywhere.

I think they said this was in the upcoming update, it currently checks (erroneously) for racetype == Mancers before allowing the ability to take effect.
