It says Object Desktop Infinite - Expired but I am unable to renew because I "can't own a second copy".
What can I do to renew?
Object Desktop Infinite never expires, that is what "Infinite" means. I suggest you email [email protected] on this and wait for a non-automated reply before responding.
Actually Infinite is the monthly subscription option, so yes it can expire.
However please do contact support as they should be able to rectify the problem for you.
See what I mean? Even seasoned veterans are innocently led astray by the moniker "infinite".
its ok lightstar I was making monthly payments every month and tiles kept saying expired.or license couldn,t be found etc.it seems on monthly cycle you have to wait for automatic monthly payment to clear or something,otherwise it starts complaing
move payment forward couple of days and should cure that unless you rather they sorted it out
