All starting planets from all races in a galaxy game, will be class 26.

This isn't working for my custom races. Do I have to recreate the custom race with this mod installed for it to work?

<UPDATE> I had the Arb system as my home system. This is one of the starting planet options in the game, but isn't in your file.
