Can't progress Pariden: The Great Offer

After making the artifact and taking it to the Pariden outpost as requested, I get stuck at the following dialogue screen which has no dialogue options for me to progress, hanging the game.

That's odd because it looks like it should have an option "Thank you, Paridenian." and you get favor, boots of ice recipe, and boots of fire recipe.

Tried it again this evening from a different save game. Quest regenerated, I made the artifact, took it to the outpost, exactly the same thing.

Are you opted in? Can you try opting in and seeing if it works then:

After selecting the v1.2 opt-in, click close and you'll get updated.

The issue in the post below is of the same nature. With the opt-in, you should be able to complete the quest.
