I get the message saying that it was successful and sent an email - This never arrives to my new email address
Does this verification go to my previous email? If so then this is a problem as my email provider company is no longer trading and have no access to it!
Yes,it referred to the original email you signed on. You're out of luck,I afraid.
I would suggest you try via this page:
If that does not work, you should create a help request here, not answering it but keeping it for the ticket number. It will go to your old email. Don't repeat the request as it will kick your ticket to the end of the queue.
