Updated from previous version to 0.85 and one the apps that I've been successfully grouping stopping grouping (I've confirmed it's not in the excluded list)
SolarWinds MSP Remote Control (TakeControlRDViewer.exe)
The most likely reason is the app is not compatible with grouping.
Between the original release and 1.0 we had to reject certain window types for compatibility or you could encounter problems.
