Does anyone know where to get the wallpaper in this screenshot?

Asimo, the first clue is the nemowall1 on the .bmp file in the picture. If you search thru Google for Nemo Wallpapers, I think you will find it (and probably many more )

I found a PERFECT one here:

Now if I could only figure out how to unload the TOON-XP theme (that does not list in DesktopX's configuration - shows "nothing" as current theme) I could get some fish objects happening.

Anyone else have this same problem? How did you fix it?

Aha! "New Theme" then I just started Importing objects.. lookit all the fishies!

Very cool! I noticed that the newer (downloaded) fish objects actually turn around when they get to the edge of the screen, unlike the ones that just "flip" to reverse. I am so impressed with this. All the fish just look so awesome, excellent work all you fish object makers!!! Keep 'em coming.

That's the same wall I used in my screenshot here https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?library=13&SkinID=2435 I had uploaded two sizes to my server and linked to it in the comments for anyone who wants them because I could not remember where I found it -- haha. Glad someone found it out there ...

Too bad that Windowblinds theme can't be found anymore.. "Alexandrie's Aquarium" can anyone link it for me? I've been looking all over for it, the stupid thing is that I know my Mother-in-law is running that theme right now on her desktop, I put it there for her, now I can't find it anywhere, can anyone help me?

Phydeaux, the Aquarium wall is included with all of the WB updates. Perhaps, if you don't want to use Stardock Central (I remember it caused problems for you), perhaps if you contact KG she can help.
