My colony management has disappeared, how do i get it back ?
Weird, never had that. If rebooting the game doesn't help (which can fix graphics oddness), try verifying files? Click the ... > manage > verify.
Tried restarting game before i posted, will try to verify files although i doubt sth is corrupted, havent touched anything yet.

It still shouldn’t disappear even if all tiles are full, but I guess see if what ForgottenSkayer said helps?
Im not able to repro this by filling up all my planet tiles. If anyone knows a way to repro this please let me know.
