Do you already have Object Desktop under your account? Try this log off your user account and try again.

I have not purchased before, this is my first attempt to purchase your product. I cleared the browser cache and re-logged into my account via Steam.
No, I mean logoff/sign out your Stardock account. Not sure why, I too sometimes see this. Usually sign out or use different browser that don't auto login into Stardock account resolved this issue for me.

Unfortunately, I can’t download it or buy any product. I tried several browsers, including mobile.
There might be an addon or something else in your browsers blocking this. Have you tried a private/incognito window in your browser(s)?
