Gene Hackman has passed away at 95.
Always enjoyed his films...as a goodie or a baddie.
He'll be missed.
R.I.P., Gene
He was one of the greatest. RIP
He played all parts equally well. Sad end to a great talent. Thank you and RIP Gene and family.
One of the good guys. Loved his movies.
He was definitely a great actor!
The French Connection was one of my all time favorites.
Did you read the circumstances surrounding the death? Doesn't look like natural causes.
It happens but is unusual for a spouse to pass naturally on the same morning

Mine too. Coincidentally I was in Marseilles at about the same time that was filmed ....over half a century ago ...
And the dog, too?
This thread is to remember Gene.
Let's leave it that way.
@tetleytea:
He was one of the greats, all right. He was in so many good movies. Perhaps my favorite was his role as "Little Bill" in Unforgiven.
My favorite role of his was in Bird Cage. He was a great comedic actor.

@TomaSkTemplar
RIP. One of my favorite parts he played was in Young Frankenstein. He didn't even get credit for it.
