Trying Fences 6 beta. In using the Rollup feature, I noticed that it doesn't roll back down IN FRONT of other windows when I mouseover. Seems like it should become the topmost window when doing this.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. This is normal for Fences as it work on desktop area that is what by default it unroll under and open Windows. To force it to open on top of Windows you will need to use its Peek function. Go here-> Fences configuration Windows-> Peek tab -> setup hot keys to bring Fences infront.

Other then that, the dev did say they were going to get in touch with Kaspersky this week and I believe once the definition list is updated even beta 2 will no longer be flagged as a virus (falsely)

I could've worded what I said better, by deactivating, I was also implying whitelisting or excluding any programs, I would rather just wait it out. No offence to the developers but having a program detected as a Trojan-Spy32 which implies it logs your keystrokes/screen isn't exactly something I would be willing to go ahead and whitelist even if it's a false positive.
