Fences 6 problem

So, story time, I guess. I just bought Fences 6 to update from Fences 5. The purchase went through and shows up on my order history. It doesn't show up on the my downloads page though. 

 After I completed the order I downloaded Fences 6, and ran install. It installed but I didn't uninstall Fences 5 before I installed 6. I thought it would just update/overwrite it. After the install I got an error about some files being out of date. So I uninstalled fences and restarted. Then I installed Fences 6 again. I used the Activation key when I installed Fences 6 the first time. Now that I reinstalled it, when I go to use the key again I get an error that it is not tied to my account. Not to my email. 

I also tried to activate Fences 6 by logging into my Stardock account. It says the product is not associated with my account.

So, I can not Activate it again. I chose the 30 day free trial method, just to take care of the problem in the short term. What can be done?

Hi Demondafrogg,

It seems there was spelling error in your email address when you first activated Fences 6.  

This should now be fixed for you. Please try activating the software/checking your account again at your convenience.

Im having problems getting the email with my activation key. According to Stardock ive paid but there is nothing there.
