start11 v2 calculator bug report

taskbar pinned calculator icon opens file explorer with left click. have to use rt clk to open calc

  • Windows native taskbar: Calculator works.
  • Start11 Enhanced Taskbar: Calculator opens File Explorer.
  • calc.exe works.
  • shell:AppsFolder works.
  • Microsoft.WindowsCalculator_8wekyb3d8bbwe!App is the registered AppID.
  • Start11 recognizes the correct AppID under Pinned taskbar shortcuts control.
  • The Calculator context menu under Start11 contains Explorer verbs (Map network drive, Pin to Quick access, etc.), while other applications like Excel show normal context menus.

 

  • The issue has persisted from Start10 through Start11 v2.73.
