if i have a bunch of icons in a group. ie. If i have 2 tabs and 1 of them has much more item's than the other, for the group of less icons can i center them into the middle cuz instead of going left to right or right to left i want it centered

does anyone know how it is possible to do any of the following things. 1. Take a video feed of something you are doing on your computer. ie. If i want to show someone how to open a file a take a video of me doing it. Possibly a peice of software that can do this for me.? 2. Does anyone know of the peoce of software that allows you to say something into a microphone and it turns into text on a program such as notepad. thnx for your help
