Gah, just visited the site today and found an ugly horizontal scrollbar here on the forums (and I'm running 1280x1024). >.< I scrolled down and the culprit must be all the tabs that are now showing up for the stardock support forum. It only used to show maybe 5....now it's more like 15. I can only imagine how bad is must be for those on 1024x768, let alone the small few who might still use 800x600. <img

Open up logonstudio, click on the Options on the left side, then check randomize logons each boot above the list of available logons.

I have this problem as well...and as I mentioned in another thread, just open a new tab and go to any random site (I just click on some bookmark in the toolbar) and once it loads, the bouncing stops.
I get this problem too when I apply a new skin. The way I fix it is to open a new tab and then just click on a random bookmark in my bookmarks toolbar. After the page loads it stops jumping.

It's probably showing a splash screen because you're using the free version (so am I). To get rid of it you'll have to buy it.
After playing around with it, I've found that only using the RGB mode works, the hue shifter doesn't. The coloring system on cursorxp is nothing compared to windowblinds, the RGB mode didn't work very well and trying to select a color is a blind process, can only see what the color is after applying it.
