Issue: Lets say I'm browsing the WB gallery and click on essorant's name, which brings me here . That page shows me 18 of his latest skins from all galleries, but I want to see only his WB skins. There's no "next page" link nor is there a link to his personal site. On his personal site I can browse his entire gallery of skins, and then narrow them by library, to view <a href="http://essorant.wincustomize.com/skins.aspx?l

Wasn't referring to Impulse specifically Jafo (and it seemed like it was only the gamers viewed it as the Spawn of Satan, and now who gets to keep it? They do.). More about the less frequent updates, new enticing features and incentives that were later abandoned (premium skins for subscribers, photo albums from the older version of WC), all the hype and eventual let down of new versions of favorite programs (OD2), and so on. To say that "nothing has changed" seems a bit naive or in denial

You can go to My Account-->Past Orders-->and then add a year on to the date of your last order.
Imprecise, but I guess it works. Although...it doesn't help if someone else purchased the subscription as a gift.

If it were your business, what would you do? Skinning IS changing and will continue to change and although it's a hobby I love, if it ended tomorrow I'd be disappointed but it wouldn't be
The article mentions only games and nothing of the apps we use. I understand what you're saying ID but you have to stop and think about why these apps, no offense intended, seem to be floundering. DX4 is still in beta and has been for some time leading some folks to think its a dead issue. I hope that one sentence in the article, the one that says he's moving away from desktop enhancements in favor of more practical apps isn't a sign of thi

"Use what I have" is Impulse which has apparently been abandoned for ODNT users. Really should have had something else in place for us. Seems pretty unprofessional to me. Gaming seems to be much more important to Stardock now. Impulse got so much crap from the whiny gamers and we always defended it, and now we've been hung out to dry. Disappointing.

Head over to https://store.stardock.com/login.aspx?ReturnUrl=/myaccount/products Download the links and apps are updated.
How cumbersome. It doesn't tell us when it was updated or anything. So now we basically just have to arbitrarily download a bunch of separate instal

Wait a minute, what? Now I can't update my ODNT apps through Impulse anymore? It doesn't even list any dates on that stardock link further up. How am I supposed to know if there are new updates and install them? Argh this is getting ridiculous. Sure isn't like the good ol days anymore. [e digicons]:annoyed:[/e] Should have at least had a second method available to ODNT customers BEFORE selling out to GameStop. *shakes her head*

Personally I like the more minimalist, clean, ultra-usable skins. They don't have to be boring to be usable. vstyler's stuff is very usable and certainly anything but boring. Same with essorant. I'll pass on the big and gaudy "look at me!" showstoppers. Like ID said, they're more novelty than anything.
