WMP Skin Help in OS Customization WinCustomize Forums

I have an issue and not sure how to solve it. I was doing the metadata as a scrolling author + title thing and it works fine. But I added another layer to it, basically just made it twice with it being 1 pix off top and right to give the letters some depth and make them stand out more. Now when it scrolls it looks perfect, for the first go around. Slowly but surely each scroll by they get more and more out of alignment. Any ideas what's up?<

Yes I know where she was born lol I had to cut the cord *shudders* Actually I just found out through the local military base that even though I was in the army and she was born in the military hospital it still goes by the surrounding county. *shrugs* I thought it would be different too...

You know, for Birth certificates to be so vital the goverment sure does make it hard enough to get out of state birth certificates. I do not understand why you could not go to your local office and request a birth certificate from another state. I believe all thier computers should be linked. It makes no sense otherwise. And if my daughter was born on a military reservation does it go by the base or by the surrounding city? Anyone know this? lol

GO to the tab at the top of the homepage called software. On the page that opens you will find Sysmetrix site, Download it and install it and open it. Then any skins you have you can just load through it and then apply with the interface. Actually top of this page too

Well I may be a little late but I am very glad everything has worked out! On the tab called Software with all the links to the various programs, one of which is Windows Media Player, that is the one that is bad. It takes you to a microsoft page saying the page you wanted in a myth. Not a big deal but a bad link is a bad link. Page of bad link link Link

Options are always good. I do not believe any one should be excluded. I do believe, as I said, that you should wait a while. Maybe after a couple of weeks start a poll and see if there is enough interest.

I would agree with #15 but I can't help but think about the recent lag and server issues. I believe waiting until these issues are resolved would serve two purposes. A) Would'nt increase the lagg due to an influx of new people until the servers could handle them. And B) Let us see if these gadgets have staying power and a public want of skins for them.

Well, I submitted a couple of WMP skins and a tree frog rainy skin that I was asked for, I looked into the waiting section of myskin area and only the WMP skin was still there, one was accepted right away since it was an update. I did not get a rejection email for the rainy, I mean it wasn't brilliant or anything, but it was more decent than some I've seen. Not all, since there are some really talented skinners out there. Well personally I used Norton for a long time but got tired of it's issues, so I went to mcafee, and it had even more issues in my opinion, but then my good friend introduced me to AVAST. And I have never even thought of switching. In my opinion it out performs most other AVs and it is free unless you are a business. I also currently use Windows Defender and Ad-Aware SE. I haven't had any issues in a while with this set-up.
