Mike Shanahan is a very good coach but it was time for him to go in Denver. His team looked lousy the last 3 games of the season. Injuries or not, his team didn't play hard the last game of the season. For a team not to play hard when the playoffs is unexcusable. Maybe after 14 years players have tuned him out I don't know.
