What's the Early game like(BETA TESTERS) in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

So what's this games' early part. Is it rushing to the damn colony ships and forgeting about productivity , like the "CIV 3 settler rush pandemic"or is it about keeping the economy strong and then expanding later like CIV4.

Stardock dosen't have the manpower to make TV ads. Most companies do not. I think only EA games and some other moderately big companies can adversite on the TV.
