Shrine of Goody-Two-Shoesness : Build Cost: 500, Planet's Influence +50% This has the same cost and effect as two Cultural Exchange centers. Sounds good, although I suggest you change the name to something that suggests goodness, and make it a Super Project.

Wheather or not you choose Good depends on your play style. For those who want to conquor the galaxy, of course their not going to choose good! Their going to complain about how awful it is! However, I do believe the Good allainment to underpowered, and their needs to be a few changes. I have come up with a few to get started. 1) Increase relationship and diplomatic boost between both Good and Neutral Civs (I think this is already being implemented) 2) Make Evil Civs hated more b

What about a gradually increasing limit? The number allowed would go up when researching certain technologies, swich to better governments, ext., the the "rush" is more spread out.

I, too, disagree with the idea of wiping out the entire planet's population. Not everyone is in the military, and there is a large number of civilians who do not take place in the battle. They might take part of a revolt, like in Civilization IV. Ultimately, you should only have to fight through the military (the number of which could be set, but might lead to too much micromanagement), and once you fight through, you get to decide what to do with the civilians. Slaves, anybody? Now, since the d

I think that while things may be balanced as is, the Good races should have some better long term benifits. As it stands, Good is the worse ethics choice. This should be increased to be at least slightly better. For example, Good has a trade bonus with other Good civilizations. Why not expand this to other neutral civs? In general, Good should face short-term (and sometimes severe) penelties while reaping long-term benifits, while evil should get short term benifits with long term consequences.

Asteroid fields are actually very thin, except in very young solar systems. Nebulae would be a better choise. They should be very large, at least as large as a star system. Some of the larger nebulae might have a star in it.

Since I last posted, I have come up with a list of classes to help me name ships. It is incomplete, but I hope to change that soon. (With your help, maybe?) In additon, I use other things to help me. When playing as the Terrans, my ships begin with TAS (Terran Aliance Ship. I got this from the campaign.) I also add some other part that I just made up 5 seconds ago. I never have a "Bomber." Instear, I have a "TAS Rail Bomber MK I"'' Anyway, here is the list: Galactic C

Mostly, my names come from what the ship looks like and/or what it's intended use is. I use Defender MK #s for planetary defence. (No engines or life support, and as cheap as possible). I sometimes name ships for scifi ships. My first medium ship (when terran) takes a star trek form, and I usually call it NX-# (NX-01, ext.) I've built tiny hulls and called them X-Wings and ARC-170s. The first time I played as the Yor, I noticed that one of their large hulls have what looks like a mouth, so I gav

About asteroid fields: in reallife, these things are not like in the movies. If they were, the astroids would crash into each other so often that the belt would thin out quickly. In our asteroid belt, for example, if NASA wants to see an asteroid, they have to carefully guide a probe, or they'll miss it entirely. Asteroids are small targets, after all, and space is unimaginable huge. To make things more interesting, you could have dense asteroid fields in young solar systems. Such sys
