That mean they have a contract with accuweather the same way(better it seems) weather.com ask us. So it's not a solution. I've contacted accuweather to know what is needed as requirements to use their feeds and haven't got any answers for now.

This weather problem is the problem of widgets/gadgets/themes ' authors. Weather.com changed his requirements so skinners who used his feeds must update their skins to match this requirements. Wizard is right. Also you shouldn't delete a program by deleting the folder on programs files. Really not a good idea. Well you can also on impulse right click on any soft installed and select verify install if the install is a bad install then an update will show up (you need to have the "show prerelease version" enable i guess.
