What the hecks a middie? I'm a flatlander from Canada. Sounds like a beer though...

Enjoy...Gigantic games rule
That's pretty clever...
"scantily clad buxom women" Isn't that why we started buying them way back when? LOL By the way, how do you get your little quotes in the grey boxes?
The one mistake I made while in the process of figuring this out was not going to the proper site. When they initially emailed me that they were looking into the problemn I didn't know we weren't going to converse simply by email. A few days after the initial one I got a second saying that it had been a couple of days and they hadn't heard from me so they assumed it had worked out for me. Rereading the initial email I found the site conection and my password to converse. After that it took a
Sorry...found the auto mining feature.
i emailed support like kryo suggested above and they gave me a variety of different things to try. Not quite sure how to explain it in full and I've lost the peice of paper i had with my access. Sorry I couldnt be more help.
Thanks, I finally sorted it out.
That's pretty funny Ineffible. Actually its about a group of young 'telepaths'(It seems thats an apt description) that are taken from their homes and trained to lead great fleets into battle. Strong narative, and likable characters. But Ewoks? Huh...That would be cool.
I'm happy today because I have an absessed tooth and need to get it taken care of when the infection go down. It made me realize that I'm alive a decade or so longer then the doctors thought I would be. Yaaa Absessed tooth.
Yeah I must agree. I was having problems getting DA registered. They helped me sort it out. Cudos to Stardock.
An automining feature so we dont have to spend so much time searching out the astroid belts each time we get an upgrade
i'm still playing at normal, but not for much longer I'm pretty sure as its losing its challenge. I keep hearing about lowering taxes to keep approval at 100% but when I try that it never works out for me. My strategy right now for any colony I get during the colony rush is to quick buy a farm, and then build a factory. This way my population is growing nicely by the time my factory is done. For the first year or so I do this with every colony I get. I may not get things built as quick as o
That's a little on the rude side Gravity Defying Hamburger.
It says : (12) your game submission was rejected because the serial number does not match the serial number on the metaverse server. I tried updating my serial number from the start screen but with no luck. I know when i installed DA i entered it but just doesnt seem to be there.
So here's whats going on. I bought DL last year and had a blast playing non-metaverse games, not sure why I never recorded them. About 2 months ago I started my metaverse acount and registered a couple of games. A couple of weeks ago I purchased DA and love it. Tonight I finally finished my first gigantic game. All excited to post this victory except that I went to do this I'm told my registration doesn't match up (or something like that.) So I went into my little account file and checked.
If we are going to drift into sci-fi novels here lets all give a big thumbs up for Starship Troopers and Endor's Game. Both classics that should be read.
My list of just couldn't quit playing 1..Sid Maier's Pirates 2..Sim City 3..Bard' Tale 4..Ultima 4 5..Doom 6..Master of Magic 7..Half Life 8..Lord's of the Realm 2 9..Civilzation2/4 10..Alpha Centauri 11..GalCiv2 12..Warlords 1/2 It's funny. Looking at that list I still play most of those games from time to time. The ones I don't I'm sure I would if I could find a copy of them. The 'Oh my god I spent money on
All you need to do is go into the ship building menu and either upgrade an existing ship design or create a new one. At this point you can put on the cool new toys you have researched. After you have designed a new class of large ultra coolios you can to upgrade your preexisting ships from the same ship menu you use to guard or explore. If there is any easier way I'm sure someone will let us know.
So once again I'm sure to be missing an obvious step. I place my spies on enemy planets in hopes of disrupting economy or whatever. They seem to last a turn, sometimes even two. Is this the norm, or is their a way to increase their skill level so they stay longer? Also whenever I try to find the level of influence I have over a planet with a spy on it I'm informed that my espionage level is not high enough. How do I increase this? The only espionage related item in the tech tree is counter
I would like to be able to capture ships whole, or partially damaged via bparding parties in GalCiv3
Space Empires could in fact be the best 4x game created if it actually worked. Tried for months but simply gave up.. Perhaps I'll give it another whirl in 5 or 6 years.
its better to wait to choose alignment so you can continue to get the little planet popups. You know the ones...Save the reign forest and be good, cut down 1/4 for warming peoples homes and be neutral, pave a parking lot over it all as an evil fellow is likely to do and get 100% production bonus. Ypu also cant put waepons on a mining sattelite in Dread Lords, don't know about DA though.
thank you
We don't need Moo4, we have GalCiv2. Now MoM thats another story. Nothing has come close in the million or so years since it was released.
