It is Dark Apocalypse. I have played so long that I am at the point where it is just me, the dread lords, the Korath, and the Thalans. Bad luck for me, the Thalans are allied with both of us. I can not break the Korath navy. I have researched all the techs.

weird Terran Alliance in Dark Avatar GalCiv2 Forums

I don't reallly care but this is odd. The Terran Alliance seems to have switched everything about them with the Drengins(?) They start out as evil. It says they conquered the torians once. They even refer to themselves in the 3rd person!. But they stll have the human picture. I don't know what happened.

I am still trying to register my game so I can get the beta. But when I put in the serial code and hit the Add Registration button I get ref:204. I know the e-mail and CD code are right so what is going on?

I think prestige is how the rest of the galaxy thinks of you. If it is a loss of prestige then your standings with other civs will go down.

I belive that we should be able to board enemy shis after they are disabled by taking too much damage to parts of their ship. This would use some of your ships crew component to take over the enemies ship. Or they should be able to surrender their ship if they see that their situation is hopless. Obvoiusly only the TEC or the Vasari would surrender. I think the Advent are too fanatical to surrender.
