Husipoo, it also helps if you delete all your cookies and temporary internet files. Then go to Tools>Edit Stardock.net Account and then re-enter your password. For the desktop,(1)press print screen,(2)open a paint program you,(3)then control V,(4)save as *jpg*,(5)upload in edit your account. You will see edit you profile.I hope this helps!
