Can't access setting page when Chinese language was uesd in Fences 4.10 in Fences Stardock Forums

Hi, The default language was changed to English after updating to Fences 4.10, but it should be Chinese. If I changed the language to Chinese, setting page can't be opened again until I reinstall it.
