Wincustomise browser hangin and failing on downloads in Stardock Software Stardock Forums

Please help! The Wincustomise Browser says it is connected to ip address 66.28.242.218 for a time then it fails the download. If I copy the Url for the particular item, in this case the Mako suite by treetog, and past it into the address bar in the news/web browser portion of the Wincustomise brower it hangs there also. When I navigate using the wincustomise web page navigation controls to suite then to the mako suite, then click on the downlod button on the webpage it allows me to download. No

This is beginning to encroach on my joy of OD. Already using a proprietary interface for activation of Object Desktop Net. Why do I need another potential hurdle.There have been site reliability issues, will there be an alternate way of "activation" if the site is unavailable. A real "pirate" would NOT be inconvenienced by this, but I could be, and since the pirate isn't going to pay for fair use of the software anyway but I am, why do I need it?</fon
