Menu background will NOT tile. in SkinStudio Stardock Forums

Hi Everyone, I'm attempting to skin the right-click (context menu). I have the Draw Method set to tile , but it continues to strech my image. Even the code says SizingType=Tile, however, when the skin is applied it's being streched. Some 'fixes' I've seen state that I need to set the tile attribute on the Favorites menu option, which I don't have in my Controls > Menus list..
