Travis...best of luck to you. It's been a pleasure................PLEASE keep in touch. You will be sadly missed! At least we still have Zubaz!
what i meant was if people got together and just wanted a forum it isnt really a problem...
Very true my friend.
well getting a forum up and running does not require 50k pretty much anyone on a limited budget can have a forum.....
It's not the forums that cost the majority of the money....It's the database structure, and all the proprietary programming that IS WC. Let's face it....no "out of the box" software can handle and/or provide anything close that Wincustomize does.
without the community it wont be as many happy days at SD anymore and without "wincustomize" our happy days wont be as many either
As Brad said, WC as we know it today won't be around....however WC will still be here. This is where the community needs to show it's support for WC. Object Desktop, it's auxilliary apps and the games they produce is Stardock's "cash cow". This is what keeps Stardock afloat. WC on the other hand most likely costs the company a boat load of m
Zubaz starts to polish his throbbing thumper . . over and over again.
An I thought this thread was rated PG!
Poke around the Wincustomize site galleries and you can see everything that is possible with OD and a couple of auxilliary programs (Object Dock and Cursor FX). The screenshot gallery is a great way to see what is possible to do with your desktop
I think I'd rather get Object Desktop look at all the stuff! *gawks*
Uh..Oh!!!! mmmmuuuuuaaaaa!!! Another person about to get sucked into this incredible habit forming and addicting world! Alek, I can pretty much guarantee you will not be disappointed in your purchase of Object Desktop. Alas....so many toys with it, and so little time! When you purchase, don't plan on getting any sleep for several days you will be too busy pl
Yep that's how it starts
Then you dive deeper into this world and you really get taken in...You become addicted....You begin spinning round and round, faster and faster...Aunty Em, Aunty Em. You become a wincustomize subscriber and then all get's quiet. You open you'r door to a whole new world. A world full of lab coat ridden winkys, pointy eared vulcans, talking munkeys, and worst of all.....this zebra looking guy called Zubaz who speaks and writes in his own
Sounds like a driver problem to me. Go to the manufactures website and download the latest driver set for it and install it
Is Moona suffering from a hangover??? Precious has a brother also.......
Impulse is the new digital download distribution system. It's also the only way to get updates to the software you purchase, It will also allow you to keep all of your purchases in one location for easy updates. You can download impulse anytime you want. Just be sure you use the same email address to register impulse (it's free) as well as any purchase you make from stardock (your stardock.net account) and you wincustomize subscription (if you have one)
Maybe, but i never visited some sites before so i dont know where i could even get the wrong cache data from.
I think it's got something to do with the way the dog is coded for the game. There are some sights that I haven't visited either however the dog is still there. A quick refresh and he disappears.

Make sure you re-boot after you uninstall the trial version. Download and install impulse first then once you purchase wb it will show up in impulse for you almost immediately
Anyway i find the stardogs rather buggy. one didnt show up to me until 3 hours later and sometimes they stay on the screen even after loading another page. I am still missing the last one but i wonder if it makes any sense to search since it could just be a bug again. And i am using firefox 3 with javascript enabled
ctrl f5 is the key to the bugs. Refresh the page and it works. Bugs probably caused by a cache issue with your browser.
dam....i thought this post was gonna be about a guy who has a crush for me......
Kitty....I've got a crush for you!! hehe! Better now?
I'm just a big Disney freak. Was one as a kid and here I am 46 years later and still one. Don't know....maybe it's just the smile that I see appear on a child's face whenever they see Mickey Mouse. It kind of brings a lot of warmth to my heart, which we all need in these days and trying times, of course......then they see me and go running and screaming for their mothers!
You will first need to install CursorFx in order to change your cursors. You can either purchase the plus version or download the free version here: https://www.stardock.com/products/cursorfx/ After that, you can download the cursor package here: https://www.stardock.com/products/cursorfx/
Might be great if it worked. I have tried it on a Vista Home premium SP1 Machine and on Vista Ultimate Sp1 machine and error since day one....I would like to know what system "AzDude" has and how he made it work?
I've got it running just fine on my vista ultimate desktop and vista business laptop. No problems, just downloaded and installed via impulse
Very nice system Jack...I think you will be very pleased with it, I'm a little on the jealous side!.....Now....with that much more power behind you, we're all going to be looking for a lot more of all your fantastic work. As far as the UAC is concerned....I have it totally turned off on both my desktop and laptop systems, but then again, I don't store any important data on my systems, I keep it all on my network drives. This way if I ever screw up my system I can just reformat and re-
