Well here is an idea not for the faint of heart whatever that means: edit the default .msstyle with a tool like skin studio professional, which has a search and replace function, where u can search on FONTS and see all being used. thanks Chris. look is everything here and when clients come in we don't want them to see just the normal XP desktops. So the plan is to have: * company logo as desktop * objectdocs tailered for our biz (productivity part, tabs for promos, projects, etc.) * cool widgets that animate the desktop abit and make people think wow, these guys are cool. thanks super! i reinstalled and the problem went away, but i think all the woncustomize apps have a prob with system tray icons on my system, but maybe that's cause XP has problems...now i am using objectbar and see double icons and wrong icons but they all seem to correct themselves over time...whatever... also thanks for tip on what a tab can contain... jigs

OD Plus System Tray Questions in Docks WinCustomize Forums

Hi all, I am really new, just upgraded to OD plus, love it, but the one problem i have is that all the system tray icons are not showing up in the system tray tab! some of them are there, but not the ones i really need: network, volume, and some other things too. What i am doing is making a tabbed dock that replaces the whole MS thing at the bottom. So far so good, but I miss my blinking network icon, realaudio control, etc. Perhaps these app

Hi, I was using windowblinds but changed to TuneUp Utils 2006. I think it can import themes, and the one I want is the one I used in Windowblinds: I-Skins. Looks like a panther derivative. Can someone point me in the right direction for getting that I-Skins into TuneUp Styler 2? Thanks!

thanks for your extremely fine help. it's a tough bug to diagnose, as it seems to be intermittent. working fine now after a reboot. i like being able to use the dock icon to 1) delete the recycle bin and 2) to delete the protected files. I just wish I could do this with one click! see ya!

Recycle Bin Freezing in Stardock Software Stardock Forums

Hi all, I love object dock but very often right clicking on OD recycle bin freezes OD, then a reboot is needed to get it to work again. Something goes amiss - left clicking sometimes shows this error - Could not make communication link with Norton UnErase Protection Service. The service appears to be running however. I've tried deleting the object and creating a new one several times, but no dice. The only fix for this is to reboot and start again.

Thanks for that! but i think the problem is that the stardock download that said it included windowblinds, did not install the interface for it...i see no icon in the tray or an executable. so i am trying the windowblinds download; let's see what that does. POOF!
