it's unfortunate that Alpha Tellurian quit skinning because of negetive comments.
I agree! I really enjoyed it. It was a great way to pass time and I got allot of satisfaction out of it. But, every time I released something it was trounced before it could even get started. It was usually the same people, usually ones that had never made an attempt at contributing. I now make Windows Mobile Home Screens (when I'm not playing slave to my employer). The community seems more
Alpha Tellurian
The negative comments is why I quit making skins. You put a great deal of time and effort into something, give it away and people that never do anything bash it. It's really sad. BTW Executive is sweet.
I am aware of all the apps out there. That wasn't my question.
Any chance of ever seeing a WB for mobiles (WM5, 6) ?
Any chance of ever seeing a WB for mobiles (WM5, 6)?
And I quote; "Featuring INCREDIBLE 3D graphics". LMAO. That's got to one of the dumbest things I've ever seen. It's like this Sims meets Outlook Express or something. Beyond weird.
Nevermind I finally figured it out. Issue was that I had "Enable Third Party Browser Extensions" in Internet Options turned off.
I have attempted, on a number of occassions, to use Styler Toolbar, and every time I get the same result; which is nothing. App is intalled correctly, skins are in proper folder but still nothing. Is there some trick to getting it to work?
Just wanted to say thanks again for pointing me in the right direction. Exactly what I needed. Thanks for NOT keeping it your secret.
Thank you very much.
How do I extract a .png file from a DX theme/package for manipulation?
Didn't think so, TX.
Is there a way to customize the "Safely Remove Hardware" icon that appears in the task tray, to represent the type of device connected at that time?
That stupid paper clip had a name...LOL!!
Very nice. When does it go into full affect?
It's a great idea, but I think they're going to need a few more words. I was thinking that also. Another thing that comes to mind is, different individuals could upload the exact same photo with different descriptors. You could add a photo of a waterfall, tag it man-made, horizontal, orange, how will
That's an interesting idea. I went and uploaded a few images and then it refused to add more. Not sure if they limit your contribution or if thier servers are just getting swamped
The whole thing sound (IMO), like the big corporations eleminating the competition. Greed is the motivating factor. The big fish swallow up the little ones. If you want to stay on top of the mountain, you have to push everyone else back down. They threw in Gadgets as a way to diffuse a potention threat. The popularity of this stuff makes them a target. Big gaming corps swallow up the competion (EA). When a smaller game company puts out a good product,
republicants... Aren't they the characters Harrison Ford was after in Blade Runner?
I wouldn't trade 6 years of my life for a plane.
I'm a Firefox man myself... but I may check it out.
